How to Make Beef Madrasi Handi at Home
 Beef Madrasi Handi 

Ingredients,

1- Half a kilo of meat

2- Salt to taste

3- One tablespoon of crushed ginger & garlic

4- One egg white

5- Two tablespoons of cornflour

6- One medium onion

7- Eight to ten tomatoes

8- Six to eight black peppers

9- Three to four red chillies

10- Half a teaspoon of chopped red chillies

11- Half a teaspoon of crushed red chillies

12- Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper

13- Half a teaspoon of ground coriander

14- One teaspoon of white cumin

15- A bowl of fresh cream

16- Three to four green chillies

17- Half a bunch of green coriander

18- Half cup of cooking oil

Recipe,

1- Boil and grind the onion, peel the tomato, and blend. Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it with corn flour, salt and egg white.

2- In a pan, add two tablespoons of cooking oil, black pepper and cumin and fry it well, then fry the ginger, garlic and onion well.

3- Add crushed and chopped red chillies, black pepper and crushed coriander and fry till the oil separates.

4- Add the blended tomatoes and cook on medium heat.

5- On the other hand, fry the meat marinated in cooking oil until golden and add it to the spice mixture. Cover and cook on low heat.

6- When the meat is cooked, fry the red chillies in cooking oil and add tadka on top finally add cream and sprinkle finely chopped green chillies and green coriander.

7- Take it out in a hot dish and start with rice or roti of your choice.
