Thai Green Chicken Curry |
Ingredients,
1- Chicken 1 kg
2- Yogurt (beat) 1 cup
3- Cream 1/2 cup
4- 10 green chillies
5- 1 bunch of green coriander
6- 2 onions (cut into slices)
7- 8 cloves of garlic
8- Ginger 1 inch piece
9- Under 1 teaspoon
10- Salt to taste
11- Butter 1 tablespoon
12- Oil 1/2 cup
Recipe,
1- Grind green chillies, green honey, onion, garlic,
ginger and cumin in a food processor.
2- Heat oil in a saucepan, add chicken and fry.
3- When the water dries up, add ground spices and salt
and fry.
4- When the oil separates, add curd and 1 cup of water
and cook covered on medium heat.
5- When the meat is cooked, add the cream and butter
and mix it and take it off the stove.
