Delicious Fry Masala Boti Recipe |
Ingredients,
1- Meat (without bones) 1 kg
2- Salt to
taste
3- Two tablespoons of crushed ginger and garlic
4- Two medium onions
5- A tablespoon of crushed red pepper
6- Proven a tablespoon
7- A spoonful of white bottom
8- Chaat masala is half the benefit. spoon
9- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
10- Half a teaspoon of ground hot spices
11- Tablespoon
of ground papaya
12- A bowl of curd
13- Half cup of cooking oil
Recipe,
1- Clean the meat herbs and keep them in a bowl, fry
coriander and cumin seeds, and coat them.
2- Beat the curd, add salt, ginger, garlic, red pepper, coriander, cumin, chaat masala, black pepper, and papaya, and marinate the meat herbs with it.
3- Heat the cooking oil in a pan on medium flame and
fry the finely chopped onion in it till golden brown.
4- Add the marinated meat, fry it for three to four minutes, cover it, and let it cook on a low flame.
5- When the meat's water becomes dry, sprinkle
hot spices in it and cover it by placing a burning coal in the middle.
6- Put it on low heat for three to four minutes, take
it off, and remove the coal.
7- Enjoy these delicious herbs with parathas.
