Ingredients,
1- A bowl of white sesame seeds
2- Two tablespoons of honey
3- One and a half tablespoons of gram flour
4- One teaspoon of cooking oil
Recipe,
1- In a clean dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds on
a low flame and place them on a plate.
2- Then roast the besan on low heat till fragrant and
put it in a bowl.
3- When it is cold, add some tamasak honey and mix it
with a spoon.
4- If it is mixed like Shahada, mix the besan well.
5- Put the cooking oil in a frying pan on low heat,
add the sesame mixture, and mix it for two minutes before taking off the stove.
6- Keep in mind that this mixture has to be heated
only.
7- Let it cool down in a bowl, then take it and make
small laddus.
