Ingredients,
1 chicken wings half kg
2 spinach half kg
3 Salt to taste
4 tablespoons of crushed ginger and garlic
5 chopped red chilies one tablespoon
6 brown sugar two tablespoons
7- Half cup of fresh cream
8- One tablespoon of flour
9- Half teaspoon ground black pepper
10- Two tablespoons of soy sauce
11- Two tablespoons of margarine or butter
12- Two tablespoons of cooking oil

Step
1-
Wash the chicken wings and cut them into two pieces
and boil them by adding ginger, garlic, salt, and a cup of water.

While cooking on low flame, when it starts to melt,
take it off the stove and take out the yolk by straining it.

Wash the spinach and put it in boiling water and after
three to four minutes, pour cold water over it, dry it in a sieve and chop it
finely.

Fry spinach in cooking oil on high heat in a pan and
take it out.

Then in the same pan add flour and fry it and when
fragrant add ice and cream to it.

Mix well with a wooden spoon and at the same time add
spinach and black pepper.
