Shrimps Rice Homemade _ Easy and simple Recipe

 

Shrimps Rice

Ingredients:

1- Prawns 200 grams

2- Two cups of rice

3- salt to taste

4- Two to three cloves of garlic

5- Onion one medium

6- Half a cup of capsicum

7- A teaspoon of crushed red pepper

8- Half a teaspoon of celery

9- A teaspoon of dried basil leaves

10- A teaspoon of chopped red pepper

11- Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper

12- Two cups of ice

13- Half a cup of vinegar

14- Two tablespoons of lemon juice

15- Green coriander a lump

16- Two tablespoons of margarine or butter

17- Two tablespoons of cooking oil

Recipe:

Step 1-

 Mix basil leaves, celery, crushed garlic, chopped red pepper, and all these things well and divide it into two parts.

Step 2- 

Finely chop green coriander, capsicum, and onion. In a pan, lightly melt a tablespoon of margarine or butter and fry the chopped vegetables in it for one to two minutes.

Step 3- 

Then put a part of rice and spice mixture in it (soaked) and fry it well.

step 4-

 When the water is dry, turn the rice over and put it on low heat for five to seven minutes.

Step 5- 

Wash the prawns and marinate with the other part of the spices and fry in cooking oil for two to three minutes on high heat.

Step 6- 

Then melt the margarine or butter in a separate pan, add vinegar and lemons and cook for one to two minutes. Add fried prawns and cook till the vinegar is dry and take it off the stove.

Step7- 
And finally, serve hot.
