Ingredients:

18- Tomato 250 grams
19- Ketchup 250 grams

29- Half a cup of mozzarella cheese
30- Half a cup of cheddar cheese
Recipe;
1- Make pizza dough first. In a bowl, knead all the ingredients used in the dough, including the flour, with lukewarm water, and then place in an air-tight box for about 2 hours to allow the dough to ferment.
To make pizza sauce:
1- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and then put onion, tomato ketchup, and all other things in it and keep it for cooking.
2- When the tomatoes and onions are melted, take the pan off the stove so that the mixture cools down.
3- Then grind this mixture in a blender - Pizza Tomato Sauce is ready.
To make Chicken Tekke:
1- Put all the spices except oil in the chicken and marinate for one hour.
2- Then heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken, and put it on medium heat to thaw.
3- When the chicken is melted, fry it and put it on a coal stove to burn.
4- When the chicken masala is ready, place a piece of bread on the masala and place the charcoal on it and drip a few drops of oil in it, and put the lid on it so that the smoke stays inside the pan.
5- Now knead the flour again and then roll the bread and spread it in the pizza pan
6- Put sauce on it, add chicken, capsicum, and onion, and spread the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
7- Now place in preheated oven to bake for at least 20 minutes. When the pizza is well baked, serve hot.
