Needed Ingredients:
Chicken: One piece (Twelve pieces)
Dried red chilies: 6 pieces
Vinegar: One tablespoon
Soy sauce: four teaspoons
Badia Khatai flowers: two or three pieces
Cinnamon: One-piece
Ginger Garlic: Two tablespoons (finely chopped)
Chopped onion square: one cup
Oil: four cups
Corn starch, sugar: two teaspoons
Recipe:
(1) Deep fry the meat and make it light golden. In another pan, heat six tablespoons of the same oil, add ginger, garlic, onion, mustard seeds, cinnamon, and red chilies, and fry, then add chicken pieces, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.
2) Put a cup of hot water and let it cook. When the water starts to release oil after it dries, mix corn starch in a little water and let the gravy dry. Put in an open dish and garnish with cucumber flowers on the sides.
