Fish Bread Pizza |
Ingredients,
1- Two bowls of flour
2- Salt to taste
3- A teaspoon of baking powder
4- Two eggs
5- A teaspoon of dry yeast
6- Fish 100 grams
7- Half cup of ice cream
8- Chili garlic sauce two tablespoons
9- Half cup of cheddar cheese
10- Olives as desired
11- Two tablespoons of butter
12- A quarter cup of milk
13- Cooking oil as required
Recipe,
1- Mix one tablespoon of flour and one tablespoon of
butter and fry on low heat.
2- Add baking powder to the rest of the flour and
filter it. Then add salt, sugar, yeast, egg, butter, and warm milk to it and mix
it well by rubbing it with your palms.
3- Cover and keep it in a warm place for one to two
hours. When the dough swells well, knead it again and put it in the fish shape
mold with cooking oil. Brush the top with egg.
4- Bake this double bread in a preheated oven at 180C
for ten to twelve minutes or until golden.
5- In the meantime, wash the shrimp or boneless fish
and cut it into small pieces and marinate it with salt and chili garlic sauce.
6- Fry these prawns in a tablespoon of cooking oil on
high heat.
7- Take the double bread out of the oven and when it
cools down a little, cut it in the middle and make a place for the stuffing.
8- When the mixture comes together, add the fried fish
and curd and mix it and take it off the stove.
9- Put this mixture in the center of the double bread and garnish with chopped olives and place in a hot oven on the top grill for five to seven minutes.
10- Start this beautifully made bread pizza with
tomato ketchup at a kids' party.
