Ingredients:


 Chicken pieces: 1/2 kg

 Cubed Tomatoes: 1/4 kg

 Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp

 Red Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp

 Salt: 1 tsp

 White Cumin Powder: 1 tbsp

 All Spice Powder: 1 tsp

 Chopped Coriander: as much as you like

 Large Green Chillies: 6 chopped

 Ghee: 1/2 cup

 Water: 1/2 cup

 Ginger Juliennes: 1 tbsp


Recipe:

 Heat vegetable oil within the wok, and add ginger garlic paste.

 Add 1/2 cup water and blend well.

 Add chicken, cover the pan, and cook well.

 Cook for a short while and add cubed tomatoes, salt, white cumin powder, and red chilies. combine and cook.

 Once the chicken is soft and therefore the water is dried, add inexperienced chilies & all-spice powder and cook coated on steam (dam) for 2-3 minutes.

 Add shredded coriander and ginger.

 Delicious chicken karahi is ready to eat.
